Corelli Orchestra

The Corelli Orchestra was founded by Cheltenham-based harpsichordist and cellist Warwick Cole. It specialises in music of the 18th century using instruments of the period, and has performed throughout the UK for major festivals, music clubs and societies, as well has promoting its own concert series; it has appeared live on BBC 1. The orchestra's recent recording of music by Gloucester-born composer William Hayes was described by BBC Radio 3's CD Review as 'the perfect Georgian concert'.
